Returns policy

All goods found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase will be replaced, providing they are in the same condition of purchase, in original packing, a replacement is in stock and the fault has not been incurred by the purchaser.
Within 14 days you may change your purchase for other goods only, providing they are in the same condition and packing as originally purchased and that the alternative item is in stock. A credit note may also be issued. A minimum ten pound handling charge will be made on changes dependant on condition of returned goods.
